Jessica Davis-Ricci

Jessica joined Neighborhood Legal Services Program in August 2016 as a Howard C. Westwood Fellow. Her case load includes consumer and housing law and public benefits cases. She is based in the New York Avenue office.

Jessica obtained her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she received a GW Law Pro Bono Recognition Award and was a Gold Awardee of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for nearly 1,000 hours of pro bono service. While at GW, Jessica was an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps JD Member with Whitman-Walker Health’s legal services program, where she worked to reduce barriers to employment for low-income D.C. Metro Area transgender residents. Jessica also worked on local and national transgender rights policy advocacy at the National Center for Transgender Equality, and was an executive board member of GW Lambda Law.

Jessica received her B.A. from Duke University with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Cultural Anthropology and African and African-American studies.
