Raquel WollastonStaff Attorney, Family Law Unit

Raquel joined Neighborhood Legal Services Program in March 2023. She is a Staff Attorney in NLSP’s Family Law Unit.

Raquel graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan-Cooley School of Law. She received her LL.M in Civil Rights and Public Interest from Howard University School of Law. While in law school, Raquel was a member of the Law Review, Black Law Student Association, and Estate Planning Clinic. She also gained experience as a Staff Attorney representing relative caregivers of at-risk children in the District of Columbia.
