After 13 years of government service, Ms. Kona began work in the private sector at the Neighborhood Legal Services Program as a Legal Secretary on June 4, 1979. She left NLSP briefly in 2004 for approximately 7 months, returning in January 2005, and was rehired as a Legal Secretary. Ms. Kona currently serves as a Legal Secretary/Intake Coordinator. Her total employment with NLSP is almost 30 years.
