There have been a lot of recent changes at CFSA and OAG with respect to responding to allegations of abuse and/or neglect. Please join us as a number of experts from CFSA, OAG, and outside service providers discuss the details of Hotline Screening, Red Team Meetings, Differential Response, In-Home Cases and Services, and Community Papering and Removal Decisions. NLSP will present on the legal services available to families at risk of entering the abuse and neglect system through the Family Preservation Project.

Attorneys practicing in the abuse and neglect branch and general family law attorneys are welcome to attend. This training is being sponsored by the Family Court Training Committee. The training is free and no RSVP is required.
