Many Americans have never seen a will and far too many do not have one. Join Amy Gellatly of Neighborhood Legal Services Program for an engaging talk on the history of wills and how historical figures have used wills – sometimes in highly unexpected ways. Participants will also learn the legal requirements for a valid will in the District of Columbia, the information needed to prepare a will, what happens during a will execution and how to find free legal help to prepare a will.
