The District of Columbia Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs and Neighborhood Legal Services Program (NLSP) will host a series of informational clinics geared toward veterans with military discharges below “honorable” who wish to obtain more information on how to upgrade their discharges.

DD 214 Upgrade Clinic:

Veterans interested in registering for any of the three scheduled DD 214 Upgrade Clinics or those individuals desiring to obtain more information must register online at http://ova.dc.gov/. Registration is limited.
