Ray CrichtonCompliance and Special Projects Coordinator
Ray joined NLSP in late 2018 as an Intake Specialist. In late 2024, she stepped into the role of NLSP's Compliance and Special Projects Coordinator. Before working at NLSP, she interned as an office assistant at Accessible Resources for Independence, the Center for Independent Living serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
All people deserve to be able to live a good life - no matter who they are or where they come from. Ray works to ensure that NLSP's projects are compliant with federal and program guidance and looks forward to coordinating new projects to help individuals and communities in the District who need them most.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
