Frank Garvey Grants Manager
Frank Garvey (He/Him) joined NLSP in July, 2024 as the Grants Manager, working to help the organization achieve its revenue goals and deepen its connections with institutional funders in the community.
Frank has over eight years of fundraising experience with local non-profits in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining NLSP, he served as the Director of Development at PathForward, a homeless services provider in Arlington County, and as the Institutional Development Manager at Martha’s Table, a community-based non-profit in Southeast DC.
He has his BA in History from George Mason University, and his MPA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.
A Chicago native, Frank lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Brittany, and their two cats.
