Kalen NehlerStaff Attorney, Housing & Economic Security Units

 Kalen is a Staff Attorney with the Housing and Economic Security Units.

Kalen has previously worked with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. where he was able to work on the behalf of low-income residents in the Miami area. He's worked with the Florida Justice Institute and with the Legal Aid Society's Prisoners' Rights Project, both working on behalf of individuals within Florida and New York's carceral systems, respectively. Kalen also spent time with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, working in Felony court.

Kalen got a B.A. from Concord University and received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
