Kathy Hollins FieldsDirector of Finance and Administration

Kathy Hollins Fields joined NLSP in August 2016 as the Director of Finance and Administration. Kathy has spent the last 11 years working for non-profit organizations in Arlington, VA and Frederick, MD. She possesses a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Business Management from UMUC and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s financial and administrative functions.
