Kathy Hollins FieldsDirector of Administration
Kathy Hollins Fields joined NLSP in August 2016 as the Director of Finance and Administration. Kathy has spent the last 20 years working for non-profit organizations in Arlington, VA and Frederick, MD. She possesses a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Business Management from UMUC and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s administrative functions.
