Michaela BapisIntake Specialist

Michaela Bapis joined NSLP in December 2024 as an Intake Specialist. Michaela is originally from New York City and moved to DC to attend The George Washington University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from GW in May 2024.

Before joining NLSP Michaela was Project Coordinator for the Police Reform Organizing Project (PROP), an advocacy organization fighting for police reform, in New York City.

While in college Michaela also participated in many community service initiatives around DC and also worked with the New York Civil Liberties Union on student rights and criminal justice reform in NYC.
