Milton Burley joined the Neighborhood Legal Services Program (NLSP) in November 2025 as an HR Coordinator and Assistant to the Director of Administration. A native Washingtonian, Milton brings over 25 years of federal Human Resources experience, offering a wealth of knowledge in personnel management, compliance, and organizational development. Educated in the DMV area, Milton is deeply rooted in his community and actively participates in volunteer and enrichment activities. His commitment to service and community engagement reflects his passion for creating positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.
