Monique RiviereProject Manager

Monique joined NLSP in August 2018 as a project coordinator. She now manages organization-wide projects at NLSP, collaborating with numerous teams to figure out what needs to be done to bring ideas and plans to fruition.

She began her career as a software trainer and then as a database manager and project manager at DC-based nonprofits. Prior to NLSP, she directed a nonprofit program that trained DC residents for jobs in technology. Monique's other work includes helping people to navigate their job searches and also volunteering as a community mediator and conflict coach. Monique received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Howard University.
