Sara Rearden was a senior attorney and mediator with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, and is a former staff member of NLSP.

For two years, Ms. Rearden was President of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.

She has served as a volunteer Board member with NLSP for 25 years, and is also currently a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
