• Come to our Headquarters office, 64 New York Ave. NE, Suite 180, Washington DC 20002, Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to complete an in-person intake.

• Our Polk Street office, 4609 Polk Street, NE, is now also open for walk-in intake on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
