The Leader of Justice Award recognizes an outstanding individual who has served the civil and social justice communities as a leader, volunteer, and innovator and who also has a track record of providing support and resources to those in the community suffering discrimination and injustice.

THE 2025 LEADER OF JUSTICE AWARDEE

Colette D. Honorable
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Exelon Corporation

Colette D. Honorable is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Exelon Corporation, the nation's largest utility, leading a team of professionals engaged in legal efforts across Exelon and its operating companies. Honorable also oversees public policy, legislative, regulatory affairs, and corporate giving. Honorable is a member of Exelon's Executive Committee as well as the Exelon Foundation Board.

Honorable serves on the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Board of Directors and is active in several policy-focused organizations. She is also a global advisory board member with the Energy Futures Initiative, a senior fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center, and serves as vice chair of the Energy Regulators Regional Association's Strategic Advisory Board. Additionally, she is an inaugural member of the William Jefferson Clinton School of Public Service Advisory Board and is on the HBR Advisory Council. She has a passion for mentoring and co-led an effort to establish an international mentoring program for women in energy regulation for the International Confederation of Energy Regulators.
